  • Tickets: Tickets will be available for purchase on the day at £5 per adult, £2.50 per child and £1 per dog for one return trip to Parkend.
  • Payments: Please note, if purchasing tickets at a station other than Norchard, sales will be cash only (credit card facilities are only available at Norchard Station).

This August Bank Holiday Monday we are once again running our special ‘Carnival Train’, with a diesel multiple unit shuttle train running to Parkend for the Carnival.

The procession begins in Parkend at 13:30, and we have three shuttles running to get you there in time, with the first arriving at 11:40, and picking up at all stations along the line, and the later two arriving at 12:23 and 13:08 (running from Norchard to Parkend only), plus plenty of other trains throughout the day, including plenty for return trips running into the late afternoon.

Tickets are available for one return trip to Parkend only, and are not valid for travel on board the steam train, which is also running on Monday 29th August – for steam train tickets click here for day rover tickets or here for tickets for the round trip.
