About

Spend a day signalling the railway, joining either our Lydney Junction or Parkend signalman (see dates above for which box you will be signalling).

If you are heading to Lydney Junction, your day will begin there, where you will meet our signalman at 10:00 to begin your day learning the ropes and signalling the railway. At 15:30 your signalling experience will end, and you will head to Norchard for a behind the scenes tour.

If you are booked in for one of our Parkend signal box days, you will start the day with a tour at Norchard before heading to Parkend at 11:00 to join the signalman there.

All signal experience days will have two trains in operation, meaning a lot more intensive signalling to be done!

This experience is for one person only, and will not be shared with any other participants, meaning you will have a full one-on-one day with one of our signalmen.
