About

Enjoy a relaxing journey along the Dean Forest Railway on board the steam train, with a fish and chip meal (or other choice of food) delivered to your table.

Whilst we don’t have an on-board bar service, we have drinks pre-orders available (sent separately after booking), which will be prepared for you to collect at Whistles Cafe (on Platform 2 at Norchard Station).

Your train will depart from Platform 3 at Norchard Station on Forest Road (GL15 4ET) at either 12:35 or 14:30, with your food served from approximately 12:50 or 14:45.

There will be short stops at both Lydney Junction and Parkend stations during your journey, where toilet facilities are available.

The train will return to Norchard after the full round trip at 14:05 or 16:00.
